Q: When do you ship items?
A: Depending on the volume of orders I have to prepare, I try to ship items out within a day or two of their completion.
Q: Do you offer tracking?
A: Because these are small orders sent in non USPS envelopes, I can't offer tracking.
Q: When do you plan to update with new products/restocks?
A: I have many designs waiting to be printed/made into stickers so they can get into your hands but I will update the shop every few months so things don't get too crazy. This is my first experience running an online shop and I would rather take it slow than go full throttle all at once. Please bear with me!
Q: How does your Patreon reward system work?
A: I offer exclusive art/comics/sketches on my Patreon that I rarely or never share anywhere else. If/when I do share art from there, it is usually only pieces of it or I delay sharing it for a few weeks/months. I make explicit and safe-for-work art as perks so depending on which tier you join you will have access to it. When someone new joins I message them to ask which ship they have a preference for: R or D? And based off the answer I send them rewards (prints and/or stickers) that are themed towards that ship or that are applicable to everyone once a month if I am able to through regular postal mail.
My Patreon supporters get first dibs on everything as a Patron rewards, and all extra materials are listed here. I also provide special discount codes to Patrons. Making prints and stickers is not cheap and so the cost of those is offset by my own money and some of the funds I get through Patreon. When I order stickers through an on-demand printer, the minimum amount is 26 or something near to that, so I am often left with a surplus. With prints it allows me to order more custom/lower amounts than that minimum, which I why I can't offer both perks every single month, though I would absolutely love to.
By becoming a Patron you would be not only helping me create more ambitious projects such as (original) long-form comics like Sweet Sacrifice or fanart comics and exclusive artwork that could eventually turn into fun prints/stickers. If I had enough supporters I could be able to offer regular rewards consistently and even newer/special items.
